What should I expect?

We know that finding a church can be stressful. Whatever brings you to our door, know that we want to be a part of God working in your life.  You can expect to be greeted warmly.  With your first visit comes a gift package that includes information about our beliefs, current small groups, classes and programs.  You'll also receive a church bulletin with information about the worship service and announcements of upcoming events. There will be a loving nursery staff to care for your infants in a clean, safe environment.  Children's Worship will be provided for your children as well.  We are a multi-generational church.  You will find Some of our family like to dress up for church while most come in casual attire . So come expecting friendly people, authentic worship, and relevant messages.

Here's A Few of Us!

Our Worship

Our Sunday worship service includes a worship style featuring today's contemporary praise music by a worship team using guitars, drums, and keyboard.  We offer The Lord's Supper (Communion) every Sunday for those who have accepted Jesus as their Savior. Our minister, Don Swingle, Jr. provides relevant, Bible-based messages.   The service usually lasts about an hour.  Our dress code is casual so feel free to come as you are.

Our Wednesday program shuts down during July and August so that our church family may participate in mission trips, VBS, vacations, and Christ In Youth conferences.

We are located at 778 Thompson Run Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 at the corner of Thompson Run Rd. and Amity Rd., about 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Thompson Run Rd. and McIntyre Rd.
